Bounce Back From Degenerative Illness Body Electric Duncan Crow http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/ Due to a relatively sedentary lifestyle that results in a lack of oxygen at the cellular level and an accumulation of toxins, cells can mutate and lead to cancer or other degenerative conditions. Recognizing that and doing something about it will help to preserve the delicate balance of overall health. Even a healthy body creates tens of thousands of cancer cells every day, and a healthy immune system disposes of them. Nearly every degenerative disease is the result of a series of poor lifestyle decisions; by adopting little lifestyle changes as we go, we have the ability to eliminate most concerns. Your body will generally forgive you the 20% of lifestyle decisions you get wrong provided you get the other 80% right. No-one has perfect lifestyle, but clean, free-flowing plumbing is key to getting the other 80% right. Besides a periodic kidney, bowel and liver cleanse (See Hulda Clark's "The Cure For All Diseases") to keep your system functioning optimally, keeping your lymph system flowing is one of the most important non-dietary assets for good health. The lymph fluid surrounding all of your cells receives nutrients and oxygen from, and returns toxins and cellular wastes to, your blood stream, so if it's not working optimally your system is neither able to feed and oxygenate the cells nor remove the toxins properly. Over the years this will often result in degenerative disease. Preventing degenerative health conditions in the first place is obviously better than going to the Hospital Santa Monica in Tijuana to reverse the degenerative process. Incidentally the hospital augments their success ratio (52% in terminal cancers vs. the .5% of orthodox methods) by paying attention to optimal lymphatic function. I'll cover the better cancer/degeneration therapies in more detail another time, but most of them are little more than nutrients, herbs, ozone or other bio-oxidative therapies, pH adjustments, detoxification and diet restrictions. Though little used in Canada and the USA, they are by far the most successful therapies of our time, and the beauty is that most of the therapies can be pursued at home as a precautionary measure. Many practitioners around the world for example favour an ozone steam sauna for its quadruple benefit of directly killing infections and cancer cells, oxygenating cells, boosting the immune system, and oxidizing toxins in the fat and lymph. A lot of toxins from the first fat layer are sweated out but the lymph must carry away dead pathogens, bits of dead cells and all the rest. Wouldn't it be handy to be able to depend on this important system? Well, you can, and here's a way to make it easy. Your body's cells can't tell the difference between acceleration, deceleration, and gravity; to them, a workout and bouncing around is the same thing. So here's a trick: low-impact bouncing on a rebounder (mini-trampoline) will keep your lymph moving and stimulate all your cells. NASA, police departments and fitness centers around the world have adopted rebounding as a part of a health and fitness program. Just 20 minutes per day of low-intensity walking called the 'health bounce' promotes total circulation at the cellular level and dramatically improves health and fitness. It's also easy on the joints. (See Albert Earl Carter's "The Cancer Answer" or "The Healthy Cell Concept" available in text or video).
