********Earthbound- Swords of Kings 100% Percent Chance***************

Sword of Kings is obtained in Earthbound by defeating Starman Super.
Sadly, the theoretical probability of getting Sword of Kings is 1/164.
So this patch edits the probabilty and makes it 164/164 (meaning you'll
get Sword of Kings 100% of the time; this is just  for those non-math
people out there).

The 200 byte header is simply 200 bytes of zeros. I would probabaly
check and see if your Earthbound has one.
